Mindfulness | Meditation | Movement |Massage 

It can be all too easy in life to look to others to cure our own pain and suffering, without realising our own inner strength and power to heal ourselves. Mindfulness gives us the tools to do just that. As we maintain physical health we must do the same with our mental health. Just as we train a muscle we need to train our minds, especially with the constant stimulation and fast paced world in which we now live. Learning a new skill does take time, effort and commitment, but with guidance, practice and motivation, this new skill can help in all areas of our lives. I am here to help you to learn and use mindfunless and meditation skills so you can heal yourself from within.

 

Touch is healing, this is why massage has so many benefits; mentally, physically, emotionally and energetically. Whether you have never had a massage or receive one often, each massage can benefit the mind body connection and leave you feeling relaxed, refreshed and revitalised.

 

Our bodies need to move, sometimes it is our physical structures which contribute to making this difficult and sometimes it is our mindset, or both. As a former physiotherapist I am currently not practicing physiotherapy. However, I still have the knowledge and expertise and translate this into my mindful movement classes, which is moving meditation, gentle movements with the breath. Suitable for all abilities.

 

I am here fore your wellness, to align your mind and body connection by helping you to think better...feel better...move better...live better! I have the skills, experience and compassion to listen to your needs, work with you and teach you how to heal yourself to improve both mental and physical health resulting in Mind & Body Balance.
