Meditation is the formal aspect of mindfulness. We concentrate on something, an anchor, to be in a silent and calm state to obtain mental peace. As we practice regularly, we feel and get to know this calm state of mind which we can take forward into our daily lives and find our true happiness.  The effect of this leads to a better quality of life for you and those around you, no matter what life entails.

 

Meditating in a group of like-minded people provides us with a sense of connection and wellbeing which is what we as humans thrive on.

All meditations are guided within the mindfulness courses, one-to-one sessions and any events or workshops.
