One to One
Sessions
Sometimes working in a group does not fulfil our requirements, we may want to discuss things which are more personal and / or want total guidance on our own needs. These one to one mindfulness sessions are carried out in private, either face to face or online.
Following a screening assessment these one-to-one sessions are based around the 8 week course and include:

8x 1 hour sessions £240

One off sessions £40 per hour

Mind & Body Package
​
You may want to experience the benefit of balancing the mind & body and this package does just that.

Half body massage OR one to one Mindful Movement
