One to One

Sessions

Business Meeting

Sometimes working in a group does not fulfil our requirements, we may want to discuss things which are more personal   and / or want total guidance on our own needs. These one to one mindfulness sessions are carried out in private, either face to face or online.

 

Following a screening assessment these one-to-one sessions are based around the 8 week course and include:

  • Mindfulness principles

  • Meditation

  • Mindful Movement

  • Home practices

 

8x 1 hour sessions £240

​

One off sessions £40 per hour

Mind & Body Package

​

You may want to experience the benefit of balancing the mind & body and this package does just that.

​

  • One to one mindfulness session

  • Half body massage OR one to one Mindful Movement

​

  • £60 1.5 hours

Carrie is a mindfulness teacher and NOT a trained counsellor. All participants on courses and one to one sessions are screened, however, if you have any on-going mental or physical issues you may want to speak to a relevant health professional to discuss whether mindfulness is appropriate for you.
