Mindful movement is moving meditation. Movements are carried out in various positions; sitting, standing and lying, working with the breath, within your own limitations and with no expectations. Therefore suitable for all abilities.

Mindful movement is guided and used in the mindfulness courses and workshops / events to enable us to move from our heads and drop into our bodies so that we can begin to feel a sense of inner peace and calm.
